Our products are manufactured in Canada (in Mississauga). Our professionalism and the respect of our commitments whether it is regarding delivering on time or selling good quality products have worth us to be recognized by well established hotels and distributors. We will always be happy to analyze with you which products will better meet your needs. Hotel equipment and advice about customized bedding is one of our major asset.
Our teams can manufacture specific creations in regards to the fabric, the duvets, the blankets or the pillows and, obviously, according to your demands: quantities and time.
Important
The requests for old down treatment will not be considered. Our quality requirements compell us to use only new products from which we know the origin.
Our quality plan:1 - In addition to medical controls made in Canada and in Quebec we go check on site the geese breeding and their living conditions. Geese experiencing bad living conditions produce a poor quality down. For example, geese we use are not force-fed in order to produce foie gras. They are in perfect health to produce a down of a rare quality.
2 - Down and feathers are cleaned before being delivered to us then we clean them again before treating them anti-acarids and anti-moulds.
3 - Fabrics are also selected from the best manufacturers. We are in constant search of improvement and new qualities. The fabrics we currently use for our duvets, blankets and pillows are, for the most part of it, originating from China.
4 – All our products are handcrafted. We were not able to find a machine that could replace the glance, tact and experience of our seamstress, and succeed in creating such a quality alliance between the down, the feathers and the fabrics.
5 - Each stage of the fabrication is verified (construction of the casing, filling of duvet or the blanket, finish). If a product does not meet our quality standards, it is immediately destroyed.
